Removed community feature
After discussions with old age homes and clinics, I learned that existing systems already track daily checkups and community records. This showed that management involvement isn’t necessary. The primary user should be the patient communicating with doctors and caregivers.

The Roadblocks I Didn’t See Coming
While catering to multiple stakeholders, I got pulled into complex loopholes and tried solving too many problems at once. This taught me the importance of narrowing the scope early, prioritizing critical pain points and focusing on one core challenge to create a more impactful solution.
